Google has an app in the android market called “Google Chrome to Phone”.

They also have an extension for the Google Chrome web browser called “Google Chrome to Phone” – You need both pieces installed.

You install the Google Chrome extension in your web browser.

You install the Android App on your phone.

So what does it do?

It adds a button to Google Chrome that lets you send links to your phone. So, I just visited www.sitepoint.com, I click the Google Chrome to Phone button and my phone opens the website in the browser on the phone. Neat.
